I purchased my pass before 15th June, how do I redeem mine?

Don't worry - you don't need to do anything! All Platinum Passholders who purchased their pass before the perk was launched will receive their vouchers and lanyard in the post before 31st July 2022. Coca-Cola Freestyle | Merlin Annual Pass

Yes, that's right! Platinum Passholders now receive a FREE Coca-Cola Freestyle cup PLUS two refill vouchers when purchasing their Merlin Annual Pass!

With your Coca-Cola Freestyle cup and refill vouchers, you can enjoy a delicious selection of drinks around our theme parks throughout your visit. Just activate your cup on the morning of your visit (with your refill vouchers) and re-fill your cup throughout the day at selected spots around the attraction!

You'll need to wait until your redemption vouchers and lanyard arrive in your privilege pack in order to redeem your Coca-Coca Freestyle.

Once you have your vouchers, simply present these at one of the following locations:

Alton Towers Resort - Towers Trading
THORPE PARK Resort - The Island Shop
LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort - Sweet Stop

Please note: Your cup will ONLY work at the attraction from which it is redeemed. You cannot use it at multiple attractions.

This voucher entitles the Platinum Passholder to one free Coca-Cola Freestyle Cup which can be redeemed at one of the following attractions: THORPE PARK, Alton Towers Resort, and LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.
Vouchers can only be used to purchase standard edition Freestyle Cups and cannot be redeemed on special or limited edition cups.
The Coca-Cola Freestyle cup will only work at the attraction from which it was purchased.

No, unfortunately not. The cups can only be used at one attraction, so why not redeem a second cup at a different attraction.

You must use your vouchers within 1 year from the date of purchase of your annual pass. However, Passholders who bought passes before June 2022 have until June 2023 to redeem their vouchers.

Yes, you’re welcome to continue to use your cup. You’ll need to pay for your drinks re-fills moving forward. Re-fill costs vary across attractions.
