- You can book a Champagne Experience upon arrival by simply showing your Merlin Annual Pass at the London Eye Ticket Office (subject to availability), or email Customer.Services@londoneye.com in advance to reserve your place
- Guests 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years and older
- All children over the age of 3 must have a valid Champagne Experience ticket
- Each guest will receive one glass of champagne during their experience
- We operate Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest
