All passes need to be paid in full and cannot be reserved. Failure to make payment within 2 weeks of your expiry will result in your pass being given to the next person on the waiting list, and you will no longer be eligible for a renewal. Passes cannot be held past this period. Once the payment has been made we will send out your V.I.P. Pack. Please note it can take up to three weeks for your pack to reach you. V.I.P. Merlin Annual Passes can’t be renewed online. If for any reason the date we have for your pass expiring is different to the date on your pass, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com.
Please note should you be wishing to add a family member on, please note that these cannot be guaranteed as part of your renewal, therefore we advise you to call us as soon possible from 18th May when V.I.P. returns.
