For Merlin Annual Pass, our Passholders are at the heart of everything we do. To say thank you for your continued support, we occasionally host exclusive Passholder Days at our theme parks - special events designed just for you.

But what exactly are Passholder Days, and how do you secure your spot? Here’s everything you need to know.

What Is a Passholder Day?

A Passholder Day is a special event where the park opens exclusively for Merlin Annual Passholders. Unlike regular operating days, tickets are not available to the general public. That means everyone in the park is part of the Passholder community.

These events are a fantastic opportunity to enjoy your favourite rides and attractions alongside fellow fans, often with a more relaxed atmosphere than a standard park day. Think of it as a celebration of the Passholder community - a day dedicated entirely to you.

How Do You Book a Passholder Day?

Because these events are exclusive and spaces are limited, Passholder Day tickets are not available through the usual booking portal. Instead, bookings are released through our social media channels.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Save the Date Announcement

First, we’ll announce the upcoming Passholder Day on our social media channels. This post will include the event date, plus the exact date and time tickets will be released, so you can plan ahead.

2. Two Ticket Release Waves

For theme park Passholder Days, tickets are always released in two separate waves on different days. This helps give as many Passholders as possible a fair chance to secure tickets.

3. Booking Link Goes Live

At the advertised release time, we’ll post a direct booking link on our social channels.

If you’re on Instagram or TikTok, you can also find the link in our Linktree (the link in our bio).

4. Have Your Pass Number Ready

To complete your booking, you’ll need at least one valid Merlin Annual Pass number. Make sure you have it handy so you can secure your tickets quickly.

5. Bring Your Confirmation on the Day

When the big day arrives, simply bring:

• ·      Your pre-booked ticket confirmation email, and
• ·      Your Merlin Annual Pass

Both will be scanned when you enter the park.
