Pass Renewals for Children Under 90cm
If you are a Membership Passholder, you are able to purchase a Pass Renewal for your child instead of paying full price for a new Pass. To purchase a renewal for your child under 90cm, please use your active Merlin Annual Pass and provide your 18-digit card number when prompted.
Frequently Asked Questions
That depends of which Pass you are renewing into. Gold Pass renewals save up to £70pp and Platinum Pass renewals save up to £80pp.
No, the offers cannot be combined. You can choose to renew into an Annual Pass valid for 12 months from the point of purchase with your discount, OR you can take advantage of the September offer with no discount.
Absolutely! Just select which product you would like to renew into when choosing, you are not ‘locked in’ to the Pass type you currently have and are more than welcome to switch it up if you feel like it.
You will instantly receive a new digital pass via e-mail which you can save to your inbox or your Apple Wallet if you use Apple products. You will then also receive your physical card and privilege pack in the post shortly afterwards.
Our renewal prices remain the same regardless of when we run our sales, so you’ll always be able to take advantage of these whenever your Pass is due to expire. Please be aware prices are subject to change.

If you completed the minimum 12-month term and cancelled your membership within the last month, then you can buy a renewal. Please used your expired pass details when purchasing a renewal.
If you are an existing Passholder, you are able to purchase a Pass at our renewal rate for your child when they grow to over 90cm instead of paying full price for a new pass. To purchase a renewal for your child measuring 90cm+, please use your active Merlin Annual Pass and provide your 18-digit card number when prompted.
