As we want to provide the very best experience for all of our Passholders, we are currently not selling new Gold & Platinum passes at this time whilst social distancing is expected to remain once our attractions reopen. This is to keep all of our guests and staff safe, in line with Government advice.
Those looking to renew into a Gold & Platinum pass can still do so, and Merlin Discovery Passes are still available as usual. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

Important Information Regarding COVID-19
We need to manage our capacity to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. From midnight on 8th September 2020 all guests will be required to pre-book a free ticket online. We’re closely following Government advice and will update this process when it’s suitable to do so.
Our attractions review Merlin Annual Pass allocation on a daily basis to ensure we have as much availability as possible for you. Please continue to check the attraction website for updates.

No, all new Gold & Platinum passes that have already been purchased will remain valid for the period you purchased for and will not be affected this pause in new sales. We’re working to get your Privilege Pack delivered to you as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
