Chessington World of Adventures T&Cs:

  • Go wild and join our Humboldt Penguin colony alongside one of our expert keepers as you learn more and help with their daily feed!
  • Adventurers MUST be a minimum of 7 years old. Adventurers between 7 – 16yrs must be accompanied by a full paying adult (16+).

  • You will need to provide a high-quality photo or digital scan of your pop badge design to ensure best print quality.

  • The pop badge may take up to 6 weeks to be printed and posted.

SEA LIFE Manchester T&Cs:

  • Your VIP Turtle Feeding experience will include:
  • Entry into SEA LIFE Manchester on the day of your feeding experience for up to 2 people.
  • A Turtle Feeding Experience for up to 2 people.
  • A trained Aquarist to tell you about Ernie and Cammie, our green sea turtle's diet and habitat
  • A £3 donation will be made on your behalf to the SEALIFE Trust
  • You must be 8 years or older to be able to feed Ernie
  • The SEA LIFE Manchester Turtle Feeding Experience includes priority access into the centre on the day of your choosing. The 15 minute feed will be with a knowledgeable trained Aquarist to help you enjoy your experience and tell you about Ernie and Cammie, our green sea turtle's diet and habitat.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to the location of our Ocean Tank, you must be able to walk up stairs in order to our feeding experience. Guests will also need to be able to kneel down to feed the animals.

  • A 20–30-minute experience which includes a meet and greet with the birds and falconer. Winners will be allowed to see the birds up-close and have a private showing of the birds in flight.

The lastminute.com London Eye Terms & Conditions:

  • There will be two winners. Each winner will receive a Champagne Experience for two on the London Eye.
  • Only for 18+ Passholders.
  • Relax and enjoy the unforgettable views from the lastminute.com London Eye with our luxurious Champagne Experience.
  • A Champagne Experience includes:
  • A glass of chilled Pommery Brut Royal Champagne served by a host.
  • Fast Track boarding through a dedicated entrance
  • 30 minutes rotation
  • 360° moving views from the heart of the city
  • Get up close to London's iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. You can even see as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!
  • Important information
  • Please note that you may share a pod with another party. Face Masks will be required during your experience. All tickets for your party must be purchased as part of the same order.
  • Restrictions may change so please check website before your visit for most up to date info.

Chessington World of Adventures Resort:

  • Guests must be aged 5+ to feed the giraffes. The experience will last approximately 20 minutes and for up to 15 people at any one time.
  • Adventurers between the ages of 5 - 12 years will require an adult (16+) with a valid experience ticket for the time and date of the experience.
  • Due to the Nature of some of our experiences the encounter may not be suitable for non-ambulant adventures, please contact the team directly prior to your booking.
  • General
  • Theme Park and Zoo Entry is not included with Animal Experiences, with the exception of The Big 3 and Keeper for a Day experiences which included entry.
  • Annual Pass and hotel/glamping discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any additional guests without a valid ticket will not be permitted on the experience.
  • It is the Guests responsibility to book the correct tickets with the correct discount. We are unable to refund or partially refund tickets
  • All animal are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel, change or rebook experience with no prior warning.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Pregnant women are not permitted on any of our VIP Experiences.
  • All guests must wash their hands after coming into contact with any animal area. Guests are advised against touching their lips, eyes or face whilst in these areas.
  • All cuts, abrasions or bites which occur during your visit, no matter how small must be treated and covered immediately and will require medical attention and a log of the incident placed in the company’s accident book.
  • If at any point during your experience, you feel uncomfortable or begin to feel unwell, please inform a member of staff immediately.
  • Any instructions that are given by your guide or by a keeper must be carried out implicity, bearing in mind that ALL animals can be potentially dangerous. We reserve the right to exclude any participants from the experience who do not follow these instructions.
  • Chessington World of Adventures Resort accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage however arising whilst on our premises.
  • Zoo keeping can be a hazardous occupation. Chessington World of Adventures Resort will endeavour to ensure that you are not exposed to any unnecessarily risks during your time with us but we will not be held liable for any injury caused by any elements of your experience. Animals can never be guaranteed to behave in a predictable manner. It is the responsibility of the guest to highlight any part of the experience that they feel will be too uncomfortable or difficult for them to undertake.

Go Ape Chessington Terms & Conditions:  

  • Prizes not valid on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply: 
  • Go Ape participants must be over 1m tall 
  • There is a maximum weight of 20.5 stone for participants on both Go Ape courses at Chessington World of Adventures Resort 
  • The prize can only be used at the Chessington World of Adventures Resort Go Ape courses. 
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other event or for any monetary value.  
  • Entrants can only enter once.  
  • The prize can only be used on a date and time agreed with Chessington World of Adventures Resort. 
  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards. 
  • The prize cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
  • This prize excludes all other products Chessington World of Adventures Resort offers, including tickets to the Theme Park. 
  • This prize can only be used as stipulated and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize. 
  • Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited. 
  • Chessington World of Adventures Resort reserves the right to disqualify from the prize draw any entry it believes does not comply with these terms and conditions. 
  • Prize draws are open to all residents of UK mainland, except Merlin Entertainments employees and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the prize draw. 
  • This prize is only open to Merlin Annual Passholders.
  • The winner of this prize may be required to participate in Chessington World of Adventures Resort's promotional activity - note, that by entering into this prize draw you agree to have your name released as the winner, should you be drawn as the winner of the prize.

  • Winning Entrants will be chosen by the Promoter at random from valid entries submitted. The Promoter’s choice of winning entrant is final. No correspondence will be entered into and no process of appeal is available to Entrants. 
  • Only the Winning Entrant will be contacted. The Promoter reserves the right to redistribute the prize if a Winning Entrant does not reply by 11.00am on the [third] working day after the day on which they are notified.

  • The prize is non-refundable. 
  • The prize is as above. No cash alternative to the prizes is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes for a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or if the prize offered is inappropriate due to the age of the Winning Entrant.
