Pizza Express Offer T&Cs (20% Off)

There are a few dos and don’ts. Check them out in the terms below.

1. This offer gives Merlin Annual Pass members 20% off the total bill when dining at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant, between Monday 2nd November – Sunday 29th November 2026 (inclusive). The discount does not apply to additional extras, including, but not limited to, additional toppings and charity donations.

2. No minimum spend required. Gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives available where applicable – simply speak to a team member who will inform you of all options. Subject to local restaurant availability.

3. To claim this offer, speak to a team member who will be able to scan your QR code to apply the offer to the bill for you. Please note:

a)             The code is single-use only and is valid across the entire table. Sadly, we can't exchange this offer for cash, just great value food.

b)             A group service charge is applicable to groups of 7 adults or more, this will be applied automatically.

4. Some of our pizzas’ prices include a small discretionary donation to PizzaExpress’ official charity partners. These donations will be in addition to the offered discount. If you’d like to have this removed, just ask your waiter.

5. This offer is only valid when you dine-in one of our pizzerias or on walk-in takeaway orders. It is not valid on online Collection or delivery orders through PE Delivers or on platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo.

6. If you’re a PizzaExpress Club member, you can still earn Pizzas stamps, provided you have checked-in on the app and the £15 minimum spend requirement has been met after this offer’s discount has been applied to your bill. If there is more than one PizzaExpress Club member on the table, everyone should be checked-in and there should be a £15 minimum spend per person for everyone to earn a stamp.

7. This offer can't be used in conjunction with any other partner offer, (including but not limited to Tesco Clubcard, UNiDAYS, Blue Light Card or Avios), promotional offers or set menus, PizzaExpress Club Rewards, Offers or Set Menus, except for our Goodwill or How Did We Dough survey vouchers. Bills cannot be split to benefit from multiple discounts.

Please note if you’re redeeming your code alongside a Goodwill voucher, any qualifying dish ordered as part of the Goodwill voucher needs to be in addition to this offer’s qualifying menu items to claim both the Goodwill voucher and this offer.

8. Your offer code cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Live music venues, and PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court and Finsbury Park locations or when ordering in person at PizzaExpress pod locations.

9. PizzaExpress reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate any offers or redemption if it suspects any attempted or actual fraudulent activity.

10. PizzaExpress reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
