Frequently Asked Questions
You can collect a card from any of the family restaurants on park at LEGOLAND Windsor. For example, City Walk Pizza Pasta, Pirates Burger Kitchen, Farmer Joe’s and Hungry Troll Fish & Chips.
Loyalty cards must be collected in person and will not be sent by post.
We are trialling this scheme at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and hopefully, we will be able to introduce this to other attractions once feedback has been gathered.

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
- Loyalty Card to be used / redeemed prior to the 31st December 2026 expiry date.
- A loyalty card is only valid with an in-date Merlin Annual Pass. The Pass number must be written in the Pass section on the back.
- One card per Passholder, not applicable for multiple passes on one loyalty card.
- One stamp will be issued for meal purchased by allocated Passholder & only one stamp issued per visit. (Adult or Kids Meal applicable).
- Card stamps only redeemable at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort in the following units: City Walk Pizza Pasta, Pirates Burger Kitchen, Farmer Joes and Hungry Troll Fish & Chips.
