Merlin Annual Pass Community Competition – Terms & Conditions
Submit a Passholder top tip or a photo and review for a chance to win a London Eye merchandise bundle. There are two categories that Merlin Annual Passholders can enter:

Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this competition is Merlin Entertainments Limited, a global entertainments company, with its principal office at Arbor Building, 16th Floor, 255 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 9AX. Registered in England and Wales under company number 08700412 (“the Promoter”).
- The competition will run from 24 January 2026 to 30 January 2026 inclusive.
- Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over who hold a valid Merlin Annual Pass at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility may be required.
- Employees of Merlin Entertainments Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
- Entries must be submitted via the Survey Monkey form during the competition period. Entrants may submit one entry per category. Multiple entries per category will not be accepted.
- The prize consists of a London Eye branded merchandise bundle. The contents of the bundle may vary.
- There will be two winners, one selected from each entry category.
- This is a judged competition. Entries will be judged by a panel from the Merlin Annual Pass team based on creativity, originality, relevance to Merlin Annual Passholders, and overall quality.
- Winners will be selected on 1 February 2026.
- Winners will be contacted by email using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Prizes will be fulfilled by post to the address provided by the winner and are expected to be delivered by 20 February 2026.
- The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- By entering the competition, entrants confirm that their submission is their own original work and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display the entry for promotional purposes in connection with the competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, expenses, loss, or damage suffered by a winner arising out of or in connection with the use of the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Nothing in these terms affects the winner’s statutory rights.
- Personal data submitted as part of the competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the Merlin Annual Pass privacy policy, available at:
https://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/information/privacy-policy - Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the competition.
