The raffle will run from 12pm on 1st December 2023, until 17th December 2023 (23:59 GMT.)

The purchasing of a raffle ticket will give you one entry into the raffle. You may purchase as many raffle tickets as you like, with each raffle ticket giving you another entry. You must be a current Merlin Annual Passholder to enter. The prizes above are all non-refundable and Prizes are subject to availability and to the individual attraction's terms and conditions.

Winning Entrants will be chosen by Merlin Annual Pass at random by a verifiable computerised system producing random results from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions, within 7 working days of the Closing Date. Merlin Annual Pass's choice of winning entrant is final. No correspondence will be entered into and no process of appeal is available to Entrants.
Only the Winning Entrants will be contacted. The Promoter reserves the right to redistribute the prize if a Winning Entrant does not reply by 11.00 am GMT on the third working day after the day on which they are notified.
Merlin Annual Pass reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted.
The winner will be notified via the email provided when purchasing a raffle ticket. We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes of contacting the winners. Once prizes have been redeemed data will be deleted.
This competition is open to UK resident individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entering the competition. .
Employees of the Merlin Entertainments Group are not eligible to win this competition.

Sky Candy Emporium

The prize: x4 tickets to the Sky Candy Emporium experience at the lastminute.com London Eye.
The prize must be redeemed between Sunday 3rd and Sunday 10th December, running dates for the Sky Candy Emporium. No alternative date or prize will be offered. If winner unable to attend on running dates, a new winner will be chosen.
Children are allowed on the experience accompanied by Adult + 18.
We operate Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.

Loyalty Day Competition 2023

The competition will be live on Facebook and Twitter from 12pm – 23:59 GMT on the 1^st of May 2023. Entrants must be 18+ years old and they must have a valid Annual Pass. When redeeming a prize for more than one, all other individuals must also hold valid Merlin Passes.
Entrants cannot win more than one prize. The prizes cannot be exchanged or sold.
Some prizes (London Eye Champagne Flight for 2, Breakfast with the Seals experience, and LEGO VP Build Workshop) require 7 days notice before booking.
Prize cannot be exchanged for any other event or for any monetary value.

Zoo lovers Competition

Terms & Conditions

The competition will be live from Zoo Lovers Day on Saturday 8^th of April 2023 to 26^th April 2023. Entrants must upload their video entry through the upload form and agree to terms and conditions. They must agree for the video to be used on Merlin Annual Pass social media. The prizes on offer are:

> Skunk Walk

You may only have one entry per child, and all entrants must be Merlin Annual Passholders. Prizes must be used by September 2023 and they cannot be resold or exchanged.

Warwick Castle Legend of Trebuchet Preview Competition

Terms & Conditions

This competition is only open to Merlin Annual Passholders, and the prize cannot be exchanged.
The competition is open until 17/03/2023.
Winners will be asked to provide their Passes on entry to the event.
The event start time is 4pm and if you’d like to visit Warwick Castle beforehand you must pre-book as normal.
The winners will be chosen at random pending the number of tickets needed vs the amount available to give away.
Maximum of 6 tickets are available per family.

Mother’s Day Competition 2023

By entering the competition, you agree that your photo may be used in a collage for a one-time only social media post to celebrate Mother’s Day 2023. This collage will be posted to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Your photo will not be used for any other / separate purpose. This competition is for Merlin Annual Passholders only and you will be asked to provide your Pass Number to receive the prize.
Two winners will be chosen, and the prizes will be assigned at random and are non-transferable.
The competition will run from Friday 10^th March 12pm to Wednesday 15^th March at 12pm.

Warwick Castle Festival of Archery Prize

Competition time and date: The competition will be live from Sunday 12^th February at 1pm and will close 16:00pm on Wednesday 15^th February.

How to Enter: To enter simply head to our Facebook post and post a photo of you at Warwick Castle describing your favourite memory.

Private archery experience for up to the 4 guests – learn about the longbow, learn to shoot like a real archer and finally put your skills to the test as you compete against each other to determine the ultimate champion.

Festival of Archery Prize:

This prize entitles the holder to Warwick Castle admission tickets and a private archery experience for up to 4 guests. This prize is valid between 13^th – 26^th February 2023, is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
