It’s the mooooost wonderful time of the year! That’s right: the weather is improving (well, it’s trying at least), spring is in the air and, if you listen very closely, there’s a faint click of lift-hill chains switching back into action as we prepare to reopen our theme parks ready for the 2026 season!
And what a season it’s set to be! We’re kicking things off with the return of Alton After Dark, with the chance to ride your favourite coasters after sundown (there’s nothing quite like a Nemesis Reborn night ride, right?), before welcoming brand-new adventures to our epic line-up, including Bluey the Ride: Here Come The Grannies! in CBeebies Land at Alton Towers.
PLUS, we hope you’ll join us at Chessington World of Adventures Resort on 15th March and Thorpe Park on 22nd March for some exclusive pre-season riding sessions at our first Passholder Days of the year!
The wait is almost over, and we can’t wait to see you for an epic day out very soon - the countdown is on!

Back by popular demand, we have two Passholder Days coming up this Month. Join us at Chessington World of Adventures Resort on the 15th, and Thorpe Park on the 22nd. Tickets are released via links on our social media - so drop us a follow to find out more.

Charity Spotlight - Merlin's Magic Wand🪄
Merlin’s Magic Wand, our official charity partner, created an unforgettable Magical Day Out at Alton Towers Resort for five-year‑old Alpha - who recently completed treatment for an ATRT brain tumour. Thanks to surprises like personalised goody bags, unlimited photo memories, and access to the CBeebies Hotel’s entertainment and dining, the family enjoyed a carefree, joy-filled getaway that became a treasured milestone in Alpha’s recovery journey.
