Platinum Pass One-Shot Fastrack Perk
It’s now easier to redeem your free one-shot Fastrack per when you visit our Resort Theme Parks!
Here’s how it works:
➡️ Head to the Fastrack entrance of your chosen ride
➡️ Have your valid Platinum Pass barcode ready
➡️ Scan and ride!
Availability during busy periods
To help us deliver the best possible experience for all our guests and keep queues moving efficiently, One-Shot Fastrack is subject to availability.
During particularly busy times, if a ride’s standby queue exceeds 90 minutes, One-Shot Fastrack may not be available for that attraction.
If you’re ever unsure during your visit, please speak to a member of our team, and they’ll be happy to help you make the most of your day.
Trial updates in selected areas
We’re always looking for ways to improve flexibility for our guests. That’s why we’re currently trialling 2-ride and 3-ride Fastrack packages in CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort, and at Chessington World of Adventures Resort in the World of PAW Patrol
Red Ride Access Pass holders:
If you have a carer ticket / Pass you can bring 1 companion with you. Just make sure to present your carer ticket/ Pass along with your Platinum Pass when scanning.
T&Cs apply.
- You must have a valid Platinum Merlin Annual Pass to use your one-shot.
- Platinum One-Shot Fastracks are subject to ride availability and attraction opening calendars. Owing to ride capacity and operational processes, Fastrack queues may need to close subject to Merlin's discretion.
- All Platinum One-Shot Fastracks are subject to ride and queue capacity. Ticket allocations may be limited or removed at any time. Attraction operation does not guarantee One-Shot availability.
- Merlin reserves the right to limit the amount of Platinum FastTrack One-Shots that can be used on any ride at any time at its discretion.
- Cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Not for resale.

What is the Platinum One-Shot Fastrack perk?
The Platinum One-Shot Fastrack perk allows Platinum Passholders to enjoy one Fastrack entry on a participating ride during their visit to our Resort Theme Parks.
How do I use my One-Shot Fastrack?
It’s simple:

Where can I use my One-Shot Fastrack?
You can use your One-Shot Fastrack on all rides and attractions that currently offer One-Shot Fastrack access.

Is One-Shot Fastrack always available?
No, One-Shot Fastrack is subject to availability, including ride availability, attraction opening calendars and capacity.
During very busy periods, if a ride’s standby queue exceeds 90 minutes, Fastrack may not be available for that attraction.
What should I do if I’m unsure whether Fastrack is available?
If you’re unsure on the day, please speak to a member of the team at the attraction and they’ll be happy to help.
Why might Fastrack not be available on some rides?
To help manage queue times and ensure the best experience for all guests, Fastrack availability may be limited based on ride capacity, operational requirements, and demand.
Are any rides currently excluded from the One-Shot Fastrack perk?
Yes. Due to current trials, One-Shot Fastrack is not available on certain rides in:

Why are these rides excluded?
We are currently trialling 2-ride and 3-ride Fastrack packages in these areas to help manage demand and give families more flexibility when planning their visit.
Will these exclusions change in the future?
We will regularly review Fastrack offerings and trials, and updates will be shared on the perks page and blog.
Can I use my One-Shot Fastrack at multiple rides?
No. The perk is valid for one Fastrack use (one ride) per Platinum Passholder, per attraction, per day.
Can I use my One-Shot Fastrack at multiple attractions in the same day?
Yes, the perk is valid valid for one Fastrack use (one ride) per Platinum Passholder, per attraction, per day. If you visit multiple participating attractions in the same day, you can redeem the perk once per attraction.
Can I use my One-Shot Fastrack at any time during my visit?
You can use it at any time during your visit, as long as Fastrack is available for your chosen ride at that time.
Can I bring someone with me using my Fastrack?
No, your One-Shot Fastrack perk is solely for you to use and cannot be shared.
However, if you are a Red Ride Access Pass holder with a carer ticket/Pass, you may bring one companion. Please present both your carer ticket/Pass and your Platinum Pass when scanning.
What happens if Fastrack queues are full or closed?
Fastrack queues may close due to capacity or operational reasons. In these cases, the perk may not be available on that ride at that time.
Do I need a specific pass to use this perk?
Yes, you must have a valid Platinum Merlin Annual Pass.
Can I exchange my One-Shot Fastrack for money or transfer it?
No. The perk has no monetary value and cannot be resold or exchanged.
If I don’t use the perk will it roll over to my next visit?
No, the One-Shot Fastrack is intended to be used during your visit and does not carry over.
