Where will you be greeted?
Let us know when you have arrived by making yourselves known to a member of our Admissions team at the Priority Till (up the stairs and through the main entrance doors). You will be personally met by one of our Team Leaders who will escort you to the ticket scanner and down into the deep to start your SEA LIFE experience (optional).
For us to provide the best service possible please make us aware of your visit in advance through the web form here at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.

What Golden Experience Tickets* can you do, and how do you book them?
Team up with our expert aquarist guides to go deep behind the scenes at SEA LIFE London Aquarium and discover how we care for over 600 marine and fresh-water species. You’ll have privileged access to the working areas usually closed to the public where you can learn about our extensive breeding, research and conservation programmes and see how the fish food is prepared!
This experience can be booked via the Merlin Customer Service Centre V.I.P. line on 0800 298 9770 (Lines open daily from 9am-5pm) as there are limited timeslots available and these need to be booked in 7 days prior to your visit.
