Platinum Passholders - An Update on Your Platinum One-Shot Fastrack Perk 

We’ve recently received some helpful feedback from our Platinum Passholders, and we wanted to take a moment to share a few updates and clarifications about your Platinum One-Shot Fastrack perk. We know this is an important perk, and these measures help us keep it running as smoothly as possible. 

Where can I use my One-Shot Fastrack? 

Your Platinum One-Shot Fastrack can be used at all attractions that currently offer One-Shot Fastrack access. You can find the full and most up-to-date list here (correct as of 8th June 2026). 

This list will be reviewed regularly to make sure it reflects the latest attraction offerings, with the next update scheduled for 8th of August 2026.

Availability during busy periods 

To help us deliver the best possible experience for all our guests and keep queues moving efficiently, One-Shot Fastrack is subject to availability at the time of use. 

During particularly busy times, if a ride’s standby queue exceeds 90 minutes, One-Shot Fastrack may not be available for that attraction. 

If you’re ever unsure during your visit, please speak to a member of our team, and they’ll be happy to help you make the most of your day. 

Trial updates in selected areas 

We’re always looking for ways to improve flexibility for our guests. That’s why we’re currently trialling 2-ride and 3-ride Fastrack packages in CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort, World of PAW Patrol at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. 

While this trial is running, your Platinum One-Shot Fastrack perk won’t be able to be use on the following attractions:

  • Bluey the Ride: Here Come The Grannies  

  • Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure 

  • Go Jetters Vroomster Zoom Ride 

  • In the Night Garden Magical Boat Ride 

  • Get Set Go Tree Top Adventure 

World of PAW Patrol at Chessington World of Adventures Resort 

  • Chase Mountain Mission 

  • Skye’s Helicopter Heros 

  • Marshalls Fire Truck Rescue 

  • Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure

  • A valid Platinum Merlin Annual Pass is required to use your One-Shot Fastrack.  

  • Fastrack access is subject to ride availability and attraction opening calendars. Due to operational requirements, Fastrack queues may close at Merlin’s discretion.  

  • All One-Shot Fastrack passes are subject to ride and queue capacity. Availability may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and attraction operation does not guarantee access.  

  • Merlin reserves the right to limit the number of One-Shot Fastrack passes that can be used on any ride at any time.  

  • One-Shot Fastrack passes cannot be exchanged for monetary value and are not for resale.
