We’re thrilled to announce the BRAND NEW monthly Passholder Lottery - Sparks of Magic!
Every month that you use your Pass to visit an attraction you’ll be in with the chance of winning one of 101 prizes. We’re talking short breaks, VIP experiences, merchandise, and vouchers! And guess what? If you visited in March, you’ll be included in our very first lottery draw.
If you win a prize, we will contact you via the email address associated with your Merlin Annual Pass. This is the email address you used to purchase the Passes (unless you have changed your email address through the call centre.) Winners will be contacted between the 1st and 10th of each month.
Some prizes will need to be redeemed via email, whilst other prizes may be redeemed online or in person in the form of a voucher. Other prizes may be sent to you at the address associated with your Merlin Annual Pass. If your address has since changed, you must let us know when we email you about your win.
